Using an integrative approach rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), relational and psychodynamic frameworks, mindfulness, and emotionally focused techniques, we’ll work together to understand what’s beneath the surface and create meaningful, lasting change. I also draw from DBT skills, IFS-informed tools, attachment theory, and somatic awareness to support emotional regulation, self-trust, and nervous system balance. When needed, I’ll offer thoughtful challenge—with care and clarity—to help you feel more connected, clear, and in control of your life.
