Whether you’re working through a specific challenge or simply feeling the weight of it all, this work is tailored, collaborative, and grounded in both emotional insight and practical tools. We’ll explore patterns, strengthen internal resources, and build toward greater clarity, resilience, and ease.

Using an integrative approach rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), relational and psychodynamic frameworks, mindfulness, and emotionally focused techniques, we’ll work together to understand what’s beneath the surface and create meaningful, lasting change. I also draw from DBT skills, IFS-informed tools, attachment theory, and somatic awareness to support emotional regulation, self-trust, and nervous system balance. When needed, I’ll offer thoughtful challenge—with care and clarity—to help you feel more connected, clear, and in control of your life.
